01. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for products that meet the following criteria:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original retail packaging.
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- All original tags, user manuals, and accessories must be intact.
- Items marked as "Non-Returnable" (e.g., hygiene products) cannot be returned.

- Defective/Wrong Items: ecom hunt will cover 100% of the shipping costs.
- Change of Mind: For "No longer needed" cases, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.
